A couple weeks ago Van Jefferson told AJC.com he was 50/50 between Georgia and Ole Miss. Today, the 4-star receiver announced the withdrawal of his commitment from Georgia.
That can't be bad news for Ole Miss.
Before you get too excited though, the recruitment of Jefferson is far from over. He seemed to enjoy his visit to Oklahoma last weekend and Florida is still in hot pursuit.
Jefferson is reportedly visiting Oxford this weekend for the annual Super Recruiting Weekend with elites like DaMarkus Lodge, CeCe Jefferson, Leo Lewis and Drew Richmond also expected to be in attendance.
