Football is over. It's time to put our hoops hats on for real now. Ole Miss plays it's final non-conference game at 1 p.m. today against might Austin Peay. You can watch on WatchESPN or for just $1 you can go to the game.
When the Rebels show up they can play pretty well. When they don't show up...well, it's not pretty.
The Rebels have shown those multiple personalities with impressive road wins against Creighton, Cincinnati and Oregon, and disappointing losses to Charleston Southern, TCU and Western Kentucky. I'll give them a pass for narrowly losing at 10-2 Dayton as the Flyers are usually pretty good at hoops and this year appears no different.
Conference play starts this week, and it will get very real for Ole Miss in a hurry as the Rebels open things up AT undefeated Kentucky.

It's time for Ole Miss to play consistently well or things could get ugly fast. Austin Peay is a good team to start that new consistently good streak.
Peay is only 5-8, and that's not good.
