Not anymore. The Rebels punched their first ticket to Omaha since 1972 with a 10-4 triumph over No. 1 Louisiana-Lafayette. It was the 2nd consecutive win over the Ragin Cajuns, and it marked the first time this entire season the Lafayette team had lost consecutive games.
The Rebels earned their College World Series.
Bianco, already the winningest coach in Ole Miss history, is going to Omaha.
But Bianco didn't beat his chest after the Rebels beat the No. 1 Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns. Instead, he was all class.
