Ole Miss returns to action, with leading scorer Marshall Henderson, Wednesday at 8 p.m., when the Rebels host LSU. To hear head coach Andy Kennedy say it, without Marshall Henderson Ole Miss has a team with a whole bunch of Robins, and everybody
knows Robin can't save the day without Batman.
"Marshall, I think the advantage that he brings to us with him returning on Wednesday, first and foremost, is his ability to put the ball in the basket," Kennedy said. "Secondly, his ability to be the focal point of LSU's scouting report....I guarantee you there's going to be a lot of Marshall Henderson conversation and when you don't have him, then, the focus shifts to others. And those guys are second and third options for a reason."
Kennedy continued: "There's a lot of people that want to be Batman but they need to be Robin. We need to get Batman back. Then, we can playoff the spacing that Marshall creates."
We need you Batman.
