Ole Miss is on a four-game winning streak and making headway in its bid to get back to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years. Auburn, under new coach Bruce Pearl, has lost four of its last five, with the win coming Thursday night at LSU.
Ole Miss lost to LSU earlier in the season - the point being that records don't matter in SEC play. The Rebels have gotta bring their A game to the Plains or their position inside the NCAA Tournament bracket could plummet in a hurry. To solidify its standing Ole Miss needs to Win February (LINK), and Auburn is the next step.
