Ole Miss shot the lights out at No. 19 Arkansas.
The Rebels hit 56 percent from the floor and a laser-sharp 8 of 15 from 3-point range on their way to a 96-82 thrashing of Arkansas.
In so doing Ole Miss picked up a nice RPI win (Razorbacks had an RPI of 16), and evened their conference record to 2-2 (11-6 overall).
We caught another glimpse of the Ole Miss team that nearly knocked off No. 1 Kentucky a couple weeks ago. Stefan Moody scored 18, Jarvis Summers 17 and Snoop White 10. When these three guys are on the Rebels will win. If Andy Kennedy could figure out how to bottle whatever it is that makes their shots drop Ole Miss would never lose.
The shots rained into the basket for the Rebels. HIGHLIGHTS
Dwight Coleby scored 12 points and picked up 10 rebounds.
The Rebels hit 26 of 30 free throws.
Basically, everything that could go right did go right.
It was the first road win over a Top 20 team for Ole Miss since 1999.
Ole Miss plays at Georgia on Tuesday (6 p.m., SEC Network). The Bulldogs ended Florida's crazy-long SEC winning streak on Saturday, so this will be another stiff road test for the Rebels.
