Chad Kelly pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct (not even a misdemeanor) and received a punishment of community service which he will be allowed to perform at Ole Miss.

The lack of video evidence of the alleged AK-47 threat combined with the fact that the video evidence did clearly show that Kelly did not throw the first punch is what led to the plea bargain.
Kelly's lawyer expects Kelly to keep his scholarship.
