After last week, that's not the most reassuring thought, but Wallace has been steady for most of the season. Hopefully, Arkansas won't repeat itself. Regardless, Wallace is Ole Miss' best and only hope.
According to the Wall Street Journal the aerial matchup sets up well for Ole Miss:
On defense, the Bulldogs rank 110th in the number of pass plays allowed of 10-plus yards. This could come into play against Ole Miss, which has the 15th highest number of pass plays of 10-plus yards in the country and 26th in 35-plus yard pass plays.
Of course, for these statistics to play out in the Rebels' favor Wallace can't turn the ball over. But if Ole Miss protects the ball the Rebels should experience success through the air.
